I specialize in personal and organizational improvement. My personal motto is:
“If you want to be successful in life, do what no else can do or do what everyone else is doing better.”
Over the course of my life, I've had some of the greatest jobs in the world and have spent the majority of my time working with some really talented and fun people. After graduating from the University of Southern California, my first job was as a platoon leader of Marines. How cool is that? I
served during the First Persian Gulf War with some of the finest warriors in the world. My last job, before starting my own business, was at Washington Mutual, where I worked with a lot of hard-working, fun-loving, and innovative people as we navigated through the ups and downs of the financial markets.
I have always been interested in learning how to help people grow and develop. Whether it was leading Marines
or Wamoolians (what we called Washington Mutual employees), I felt privileged to become a meaningful part of someone else's life.
Every day I wake up and thank God that I actually earn a living by helping to make the world a better place.
